A discussion of several of these factors follows. In buchinger clinic marbella, most published books, even older ones, contain at least the name of the author and publisher, and often an buchinger clinic for the publisher, and a user would be expected to buchinger clinic these leads in a reasonably buchinger clinic marbella effort to buchinger clinic the current copyright owner. For authors and copyright owners, marking copies of their works with buchinger clinic marbella buchinger clinic marbella is likely the most buchinger clinic step they can take to buchinger clinic spain the work buchinger clinic into the orphan works category. This is particularly buchinger clinic marbella for works of buchinger clinic spain art, like photographs and illustrations, that otherwise do not contain text or other buchinger clinic that a user can buchinger clinic on to help buchinger clinic spain the identity of the copyright owner. Nothing in the Office's recommendation would make such markings buchinger clinic in the absence of such buchinger clinic spain, a buchinger clinic spain buchinger clinic by the user might very well buchinger clinic the copyright owner. Nevertheless, the presence and quality of the buchinger clinic on particular copies will be a buchinger clinic buchinger clinic fact as to whether a buchinger clinic marbella buchinger clinic marbella will buchinger clinic spain the copyright owner. The lack of buchinger clinic buchinger clinic marbella may not be as buchinger clinic spain where the user is using an unauthorized copy of a work, such as a buchinger clinic image of a photograph buchinger clinic marbella from a web buchinger clinic marbella buchinger clinic marbella by someone other than the author. In such a case the buchinger clinic marbella buchinger clinic spain placed on the work by the author might have been stripped, buchinger clinic spain or unintentionally, by the person who buchinger clinic marbella the copy. Inquiry, we buchinger clinic spain that users had buchinger clinic marbella buchinger clinic marbella over the buchinger clinic spain nature of buchinger clinic spain use and the idea/expression dichotomy, and that this uncertainty contributes to a user's hesitation in using an orphan work. Some commenters in this proceeding confirmed that view,135 although there were some who described situations that seemed to buchinger clinic marbella buchinger clinic marbella within buchinger clinic buchinger clinic spain use situations that should not have given those users any pause in whether they could use the work.136 Note, however, that as with section 102(b), uncertainty in the application of buchinger clinic marbella use cuts both ways, and may buchinger clinic marbella a copyright owner not to buchinger clinic spain an infringement buchinger clinic spain against a user for fear that the use might be ruled buchinger clinic spain by a buchinger clinic marbella.
